My aspiration is to breathe in and out the true service to the mother and SA…the work was all done long ago and we as mankind only have to serve the life.

Which domains have you worked in at Auroville? And what are other areas of your interest?
There is no particular one, I have a huge wing to fly around and to see hear and sing to work and serve Auroville at any fields and domains. Have been serving in EB since found till the next selection process. I will discontinue due to some other commitments. Can communicate in six languages, no shyness or fear for social integration and action. My interest is to join L’avenir as it is my strength in architecture, town planning and designing.

Please mention one or two key changes that you would like to see in the way the community welcome newcomers
Interviews: shouldn’t be held according to human social idiotic understanding and categorizing like exams or competitions. All to be weighed pulled played contributed shared the same air in and out. but the breath that comes out should also be the same in the end for all mankind.

Proper clear transparent: Papers, procedures, guidelines to be delivered for all and same. though different beings have different issues and way of living and life to be given the light and the right path to Auroville.

Group decision: No majority-minority or this quorum and thingamese. The basic or complete law or rules and regulations or the guidelines and the policies and the way of life and being are been told and written by the founders. We are only the basic tool for them and let’s be present and hear the deep voice within the body, who talk the truth and act according.

Processing the Feedback: Mostly not easy to handle, but at the same time easy to solve, with no hurt or pain. But they deny falling for the truth, because of the devil’s advocate.

Welcoming NCs: That happens and done by the members/people of entry service so they have been kept on rolling and never the same person for a too long time period, due to the accumulation of past, old stories, family issues etc to throw on the new person coming to the entry door of Auroville. Otherwise, it becomes like a bank, hospital, police station or any of those Govt. office.
