What is your work experience in Auroville?
Auroville is a unique experience and adventure all of us from diver culture and nationality, to learn, to grow and to serve humanity as a whole. I have been a teacher in past teaching theatre, sports and Awareness through the body. Have served in RAS 10 years back. Been at the service of the community as a member of the working committee for a term.

Yes, At first it takes some time to learn the job and its complexities and the joyful part of it also. The joy comes, when you are able to serve what you have learned. And do it utmost sincerity.

Yes, and I believe I have learned the job, performed good in all my capacity and served the community fairly well in my 1 st term. Did work at the true sense of service for the community and the divine.

I always love to work in a team, that’s the real fun to learn and share knowledge and experience from others, the best way to develop your self-being.
What do you think you will contribute to the work of the working group?
Currently, I am the liaison for AV security. One of the challenging work area in the WC. It has challenges of delicate human issues, such as dealing with violence, robbery, deaths, land encroachments, accidents etc. Though the security takes care of minor issues, the assistance of WC is needed when the scenario is bigger.

Whoever wants to be a member of working groups, they should consider it as a service to the community and to the divine not for the sense of power or authority.
