How can you best contribute and be in service?
Good in communication, good in spoken and written English, suitable for proofreading, easy to work in a group and in establishing contact with new people. Quite an expert of social mechanisms in Auroville, after 15 years as Webmaster and photo-video documentation of events.
What are your aspiration and vision for this work?
Try to elaborate solutions for facilitating access to Auroville for sincerely good-willing young persons, even if with little initial money to invest.
Also, study some solution for aspirant Aurovilians from the immediate bio-region.

Which domains have you worked in at Auroville? And what are other areas of your interest?
My main job is as webmaster (content manager) of the Auroville.org website, also taking care of social network pages and groups, related to Auroville and to Sri Aurobindo. Documenting in video and photo the various activities that take place in Auroville, as documentation for people outside with a sincere interest in our development in all fields
Please mention one or two key changes that you would like to see in the way the community welcome newcomers
As I said, I think that some solution is to be studied for young sincere potential Aurovilians with not enough financial means, and for Aspirants from the villages included in the Greenbelt.
