What is your work experience in Auroville?

I have been living in Auroville past 40 years. I was teaching sports and teaching computer at transition school as a Teacher past 10 years.

Do you have knowledge and understanding of the task of the working group for which you are nominated? (A ‘yes’ or ‘no’ reply is not sufficient. Please explain.)

Yes. The work is needed to make a draft, attend regular meeting and need to do an interview for applicants and take notes. Also, some times need to do clarification meeting and extra meeting with various working groups in Auroville.

Do you consider that you are qualified and competent to participate in the work of the working group for which you are nominated? (A ‘yes’ or ‘no’ reply is not sufficient. Please explain.)

Yes. I have been experienced and did all my jobs all the time regularly without giving any excuse.

Do you consider that you can work in the team of the working group for which you are nominated? (A ‘yes’ or ‘no’ reply is not sufficient. Please explain.)

YES. I have been working and doing my job being friendly with team members apart from self conflicts. For me, I do my work what I can do for the Auroville community and not for self-being.

What do you think you will contribute to the work of the working group?

I can contribute to the working groups by ground reality not just sitting and sending mails.
