What are your areas of interest in Auroville, and in what areas have you already worked in?
I am interested in Auroville as a living laboratory and the core of its mission to realise human unity in diversity. I started out tree planting, community building, worked a while housing, education administration, AVI liaison, and in the last years village outreach through Thamarai and AVAG and currently social enterprise through Eco Femme

Please mention one or two key changes that you would like to see in the community
I would like to see us grow in our capacity to have meaningful and fruitful dialogue and debate on topics that divide us today. I think we have not developed far in this regard and there is immense polarisation. This is a collective learning that will help us move ahead in many of our intractable areas such as township development and governance. I am not interested in joining a working group – my motivation to participate is to understand how our current processes are functioning which I think is a first step to being able to step into more useful participation as an active resident.
