Describe your skill set
Bachelor of Civil Engineering, nearly 25 yrs of experience, have been associated with L’avenir since last two decades, served as Work Allocation Team Member for Projects implementation and monitoring for nearly 6-7 years.
Technical skills – Accredited by NABET (a wing of Ministry of Environment & Forests and Climate Change) for Environmental Impact Assessment, Trained for Green Building Developments by GRIHA, Chartered Engineer and Approved Valuer by Central Board of Direct Taxes, Structural Design, Cost Estimation and Rate Analysis, Tendering and Contract Management, Technical Arbitration.

Other: Would like to start with Part Time and if the work demands more time then I will make myself available full time.

Your aspirations and vision for this work
It is my sincere aspiration to ensure that there is home available for every Auroville resident as well aspirant with efficient infrastructure and would like to become instrumental in technically improving the quality of construction projects being executed so that the designed life span of the project is ensured. Allocation of Projects through E-Tendering process to ensure the transparency in award of projects. Monitoring for quality execution of work and quantification to ensure the justified utilization of funds allocated for the specific projects.
