What are your areas of interest in Auroville, and in what areas have you already worked in?
Worked in Nandini service and in the entry service. I also work as an accountant and I manage all administrative work for a company. I managed a kindergarten for 2 years and now am managing a daycare centre. I also work with children in a school.

Please mention one or two key changes that you would like to see in the community
One or two would not be enough. Our working groups and the rest of the community are completely disconnected. I wish for more participation, more unity. But most of all i wish for more transparency. The community is not really informed. And if you want to be informed you don’t know where to get the information. Communication is extreamly important. Working groups that don’t even bother to answer to important messages you send creates frustration and disconnection.
